Repeat round 1 until the dress is the length that you desire (for the blue & white dress I repeated this round 16 times more).

ch1, dc in each tc across row. Fasten off.

Finishing Touches

Neck Edge:

dc all around the neck edge. Fasten off.

To Finish:
