Comprehensive Guidelines for Knitting Patterns: Step-by-Step Instructions for Each Row

The quantity of sts is 4 + 2 fold. Knit even rows due to the pattern yo with purls, double yo - 1 yo purl, 1 yo knit st. Repeat once from 1st to 10th rows, then knit from 3rd to 10th rows.

Row Instructions

1st Row:

1 purl, * 2 knit st, 2 purls *, repeat from * to *, 1 purl;

3rd Row:

1 purl, * cross 2 sts left (leave 1 st on the auxiliary needle in front of your work, 1 knit st, then 1 knit st from the auxiliary needle), 2 purls *, repeat from * to *, 1 purl;

5th Row:

1 knit st, * 2 yo, 1 floating (slip 1 st as knit st, 1 knit st and pull it through the slipped st), 2 sts together left *, repeat from * to *, 1 purl;

7th Row:

1 knit st, * 2 purls, cross 2 sts left (leave 1 st on the auxiliary needle in front of your work, 1 knit st, then 1 knit st from the auxiliary needle) *, repeat from * to *, 1 purl;

9th Row:

1 knit st, * 1 floating (slip 1 st as knit st, 1 knit st and pull it through the slipped st), 2 sts together left, 2 yo *, repeat from * to *, 1 knit st.
