Complete Guide to Crafting a Cozy Children's Hat with Yarn and Needles

Gauge

2 inches = 4 sts

Sizes

1 year, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, 6-7 years

Instructions

Cast on 32 (34, 36, 38) sts. Knit in the round until the piece measures 8 (8 1/2, 8 1/2, 9) inches from the cast-on edge.

Decreasing

Knit 2 together for 2 rounds. Break yarn and pull through remaining stitches. Pull to tighten. Make and knot on pom pom.
