How to Knit with Drops Cotton Light Yarn

You’ll Need:
300-300-350-350-400-450g of Drops Cotton Light yarn in light-blue color (# 08);
Double-pointed and circular knitting needles 4 mm (40 + 60 or 80 cm long).
Size:
S — M — L — XL — XXL — XXXL
Used Patterns:
Garter stitch (in circle rows): 1 row = 1 row of knit sts and 1 row of purls;
Fancy pattern: due to the schemes A.1-A.8.
Stitches Control:
Stockinette stitch: 21 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Fancy pattern: 17 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions:
Cast on 132 sts for all sizes with circular knitting needles and make 2 rows of garter stitch, then, 1 row of knit sts. Work according to the scheme: * pattern A.1 (= 5 sts), pattern A.2 (= 21 sts), pattern A.3 (= 7 sts)*, repeat from * to * x 4 times. The first pattern repeat of patterns A.1, A.2, A.3 = back, the second = sleeve, the third = front, the fourth = sleeve. Work according to this scheme until there are 3 rows to the arrow row with arrow left on the scheme for your size. Continue making the first and third pattern repeats of patterns A.1, A.2, A.3 as you worked previously; make the 2nd and 4th pattern repeats for 3 rows in the following way: all purl, then knit sts and again purls. Continue making increases as stated on the scheme A.1 and A.3. Make the next row as follows (= row with arrow): knit the first 55-59-63-67-75-79 sts (= back), bind off the next 55-59-63-67-75-79 sts (= second pattern repeat of patterns A.1, A.2, A.3), knit the next 55-59-63-67-75-79 sts (= front), bind off the last 55-59-63-67-75-79 sts (= fourth pattern repeat of patterns A.1, A.2, A.3).
Main Part:
Start with the row marked with an arrow on the scheme (your size): * pattern A.4 (= 16-19-20-23-27-28 sts), pattern A.5 (= 22-20-22-20-20-22 sts), pattern A.6 (= 17-20-21-24-28-29 sts), cast on 14-14-20-22-26-30 new sts from both sides and make 2 rows of garter stitch, then knit the rest of the sts as previously.
Note: there are no decreases on the schemes A.4, A.5, A.6. The quantity of stockinette stitch sts between front and back will increase, while the quantity of sts on patterns A.4, A.5, A.6 will decrease. When you make 2 rows of garter stitch along the new sts, knit the central 6 sts from each side with A.7 pattern. Include the increased sts in A.7 pattern as stockinette stitch = 4 increased sts in every 8th row. After completing 1 pattern repeat of patterns A.4, A.5, A.6 in height, continue work with pattern A.8.
Once you make pattern A.8 in height, continue working with the sts of front and back in stockinette stitch, while maintaining the sts of pattern A.7 as previously. Knit until the length of your work is 41-42-43-43-43-43 cm; there should be about 190-206-222-238-258-278 sts on the knitting needles. Make 2 rows of garter stitch and bind off all the sts. The length of the top should be 58-60-62-64-66-68 cm from the shoulder line.
