Instructions
Back
Make 108 (123) 138 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with the main pattern. In 52.5 cm = 50 rows (50.5 cm = 48 rows) 48.5 cm = 46 rows from the set-up row, leave 9 sts from both sides for arm-holes. In 69.5 cm = 66 rows from the set-up row, leave the central 44 (53) 62 sts and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, decrease 6 sts in the 3rd row from inwards. In 73 cm = 70 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.
Front
Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 67.5 cm = 64 rows from the set-up row, leave the central 38 (47) 56 sts and decrease 5 sts in the 9th row from inwards.
Sleeves
Make 60 (60) 75 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with the main pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 1 x 1 st from both sides in the 4th (2nd) 4th row, then, 16 (16) 18 x 1 st in every row.
0 (4) 0 x 1 st = 94 (102) 113 sts; include the first 14 sts in the pattern, making the rest as double crochets. In 40 (42) 44 cm from the set-up row, make 1 row of single crochets and finish your work.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams, and fasten the neck-hole with 1 row of slip sts using the crochet hook 3.5. Then, cast on 138 (158) 178 sts with circle knitting needles for the collar along the neck-hole line and work with the transversal pattern in circle rows. In 5 cm = 27 rows from the beginning of the collar, make 1 cross knit st x 24 times from the transversal thread of yarn = 162 (182) 202 sts. In 25.5 cm = 135 rows from the beginning of the collar, bind off all the sts. Sew up the sleeves and make side and sleeve seams. Make 2 rows of fringe along the lower edge and sleeves.
