SUN:

We are going to be making to circles.
R1: 6 sc in mr, close with sl st.
R2: *sc inc* [12]
R3: *1 sc, sc inc* [18]
R4: *2 sc, sc inc* [24]
R5: *3 sc, sc inc* [30]

R6: *4 sc, sc inc* [36]

Once we have the second circle, we'll change the color on the last stitch of R6 and join the two pieces with 36 sc around. Now we are going to be making the little sunbeams:

*3 ch, 1 sc in first ch, 1 hdc in next ch, 1 sl st in last ch, 1 sl st in next sc* repeat all around.

To finish the last details we'll sew on a little V shaped mouth, and make 2 magic circles of 6 sc for the rosy cheeks to sew at the sides.

CLOUDS:

Make 2 clouds.

We'll make 2 ovals.
Base: 7 ch
R1: sc inc, 4 sc, 3 sc in last ch, 5 sc, sc inc [16]
R2: *1 sc, sc inc* [24]
R3: *2 sc, sc inc* [32]
R4: once we have the second oval don't cut the yarn and join the two pieces with 32 sc around.
R5: *5 dc in the same sc, skip 1 sc, 1 sc, skip 1 sc* repeat around.

RAINBOW:
Make 2.

Starting with purple.
R1: 10 ch
R2: *2 hdc, hdc inc* [12]
Change to light blue.
R3: 1 ch, turn, *3 hdc, hdc inc* [15]
Change to green.
R4: 1 ch, turn, *2 hdc, hdc inc* [20]
Change to yellow.
R5: 1 ch, turn, *3 hdc, hdc inc* [25]
Change to orange.
R6: 1 ch, turn, (2 hdc, hdc inc) x7, 4 hdc [32]
Change to pink.
R7: 1 ch, turn, *3 hdc, hdc inc* [40]
R8: 1 ch, turn, 40 hdc
R9: 1 ch, turn, *3 hdc, hdc dec* [32]
Change to orange.
R10: 1 ch, turn, (2 hdc, hdc dec) x7, 4 hdc [25]
Change to yellow.
R11: 1 ch, turn, 25 hdc
Change to green.
R12: 1 ch, turn, *3 hdc, hdc dec* [20]
Change to light blue.
R13: 1 ch, turn, *2 hdc, hdc dec* [15]
Change to purple.
R14: 1 ch, turn, *1 hdc, hdc dec* [10]

When we have the rainbow with white yarn we are going to crochet sc in the back loop all around, starting on one side, cut yarn leaving long tail.

You'll close that with a needle while stuffing a lighly and giving shape.

NOTE 1: I recommend using the changing color techniche in wich we change the last stitch of the round before we want the new color to begin.

NOTE 2: Try to hide the ends as you go or you'll end up with a mess of yarn hanging from everywhere.

RAINDROPS:
Make 3 of diferent colors.
R1: 6 sc in mr, close with sl st
R2: *sc inc* [12]
R3: *3 sc, sc inc* [15]
R4-5: 15 sc
R6: *3 sc, sc dec* [12]
R7: *2 sc, sc dec* [9]
R8: *1 sc, sc dec* [6]

Close. Leave long tail aprox 60 cm / 23 inches.

JOINING:

When we have all the pieces done we'll join
1: raindrop, cloud, rainbow.
2: raindrop,sun.
3: raindrop, rainbow, cloud.

To join you'll use a yarn needle using the tail of the raindrop go trough each piece from the back.
Now you need to estimate how long each part is going to hang and with the yarn remaining roll it around the wood several times, make a little knot and secure it using the needle and going through the loops.

To finish we are going to make a chain as long as you want, leaving long ends at the start and the end, you'll use it to hang the mobile. To join this you are going to do the same as with the raindrops.

It's done
