Yarn - Cotton medium (4) Oz. of 2 colors of choice in Fall colors (C1, C2)

Yarn Needle

Stitched:

Slip Stitch (slst)

Single Crochet (sc)

Half Double Crochet (hdc)

Change to ( chgto)

Spike Stitch / Long Single Crochet (Lsc) Explained in the pattern

Size: 5 inches

Notes:

Ch1 does not count as a st

Ch3 Counts as a dc

Rounds a rejoined to the ch3 with a slst

Pattern:

R: 1 – With C1, Ch5, join in a circle, ch3,

9 dc in the circle, join, ch 3 (10 dc)

R: 2 - Dc in the same st as the ch3,

2 dc in each dc around, join, ch 3 (20dc)

R: 3 - Dc in the same st as the ch3,

2 dc in each dc around, join(40dc)

R: 4 – Chgto C2, tie off C1, ch1, sc in the 1^st 3 dc,
*Lsc -sc going through the dc row below the next st,

sc in the next 3 sc*
Repeat From * to * around, Join to the 1^st sc, ch 1

(30 sc, 10 Lsc)

R: 5 – Sc in the 1^st sc, 2 hdc in the next sc,

sc in the next sc, sc in the Lsc,
