Materials Needed
- Premier “Ever Soft” Multi (4) Medium weight 100% acrylic yarn, (207 yds/190 m/4 oz/ 113 g) per skein:
- 2 skeins color # 2061-09 Purple Mist or color of your choice
- Crochet Hook Size H-8 (5 mm)
Note: This pattern used almost every inch of yarn in both skeins with only about 5 inches left. If you want to make the scarf wider, use the stitch multiple of 2 plus 3. You will need to purchase additional yarn if making it larger.

Working in pattern stitch; 15 dc and 9 rows = 4 inches.
Scarf Instructions
Start Crocheting
With Purple Mist, chain 29.
Row 1: Skip the first 4 ch (counts as first dc plus 1 ch) and work 2 dc in the 5th ch from the hook, * skip the next ch, 2 dc in the next ch *, repeat from * to * across to the last 2 ch, skip the next ch, dc in the last ch across.
Continue Rows
Rows 2 – 145: Ch 2 (counts as first dc), work 2 dc in the center of each 2 dc group across, working between the posts of the 2 dc groups, across to ending turning ch, dc in the top of ending turning ch, turn. At the end of Row 145, fasten off.
Finishing
Plain with No Fringe
Weave in ends.
Make an Infinity Scarf
Place right sides together, align the first row with the last row and sl st across the wrong side, working through both rows matching sts across. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Make with Fringe
Cut 140 pieces of fringe 13 inches long, using 5 pieces held together, fold in half, and knot fringe in the center of each 2 dc group, as well as between the first st and first 2 dc group, and between the last st and last 2 dc group across.
