What You Need

Work in continuous rounds. Make 2.

Work in continuous rounds.

  • Chain 2
  • Round 1: work 6 sc in first chain
  • Round 2: work 2 sc in each sc around - 12 st
  • Round 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, rep from * around - 18 st
  • Round 4: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 2 sts, rep from * around - 24 st
  • Round 5: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 3 sts, rep from * around - 30 st
  • Round 6: *2 sc in next st, sc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * around - 36 st

Fold the circle in half and sc the open edges together. Just over the halfway point, stuff with fiber fill, catnip, or toss a bell in.

At the end, chain 10, break yarn, and pull the end through the last chain.

Sew on the ears, ensuring they are secured well to prevent your kitty from swallowing one.

Finally, embroider on a simple nose and eyes to complete your adorable mouse.
