Base Rows

ROW 1: With blue and size H Hook. Ch32. Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Drop blue, do not cut blue, and join variegated. Ch3, turn.

ROW 2: *Bobble in next sc. Dc in next sc. Rep from * across. Ch1, turn.

ROW 3: Sc in each st across. Drop variegated, do not cut variegated, pick up blue. Ch3, turn.

ROW 4: *Bobble in next st. Dc in next st. Rep from * across. Ch1, turn.

ROW 5: Sc in each st across. Drop blue, pick up variegated, ch3, turn.

ROW 6-17: Rep ROWs 2-5 consecutively 3 times more.

ROW 18: Rep ROW 2.

ROW 19: Rep ROW 3. Fasten off variegated.

Transition Rows

Assembly

Lay work in front of you face down, so the bobbles are facing down. Fold each side, in toward the center at the rows where the bobbles end.

Pick up your work at the upper right corner and join variegated in this corner. Working through both layers, work 2sc in each bobble and dc row and 1 sc in each sc row across to the single layer. Then work one sc in each sc row and 2 sc in each dc row for 3dc rows and 4 sc rows. Then working through both layers, continue to the other corner as before. Fasten off and work the same for the other side.
