How to access forum?

Hey guys,
I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone, however the only way I can access this form is through my email when I get a notification. Other than that, I can't go onto the forum by using the Internet. How do I access the forum through the website, and not through email?

On the top, there should be a button that says forum.
Look on top, theres a button «forum»
Theres a button next to the big «add new topic» called «forum.» Just click on that
