Hi.  I am new to this site and am used to making blankets.  I would like to step out and try making earrings to sell to help with our income since my husband had a stroke recently.  I am having a real hard time getting the tension right with the little hook and not making the earring to tight in the magic circle.  Can anyone help because I'm about ready to give up.  Another thing, I wanted to try and make the barefoot sandals for christmas gifts for adult/teenage grandkids.  Does anyone know if their hard or worth it?  It looks as though the ones with the rings on them may be difficult.
