Hooded scarf

Hi, everyone!
What do you think of idea connecting hood and scarf?
Or do you prefer separate scarf and hat?
I really like your scarf.
I made a similar scarf with hood years ago. I started making just a scarf 64 " long and 14" wide… I put it on my head set one end at my waist, marked the center of the top of my head and at my shoulders. I sewed it together from the shoulder mark up to 3" from the top then fold matching the top mark with the seam. That rounding it at the back of my head. Why you ask. I just have to put it on and wrap the long end around my other shoulder. Now it always stays in place.

Jessica, I think a hat and scarf combined is amazing especially when wind chill and below freezing are words mentioned by the weather man.
