Blue dress pattern

this is a terrible pattern. I have crocheted for 68 years and have managed to understand every pattern until now. If I reorder the pattern and pay for a detailed pattern will I get one? Or will it be another like this

Dear Susan. This is the dress I'm trying to make. I really do need better directions on the pattern-it leaves me guessing. If you find there is no better pattern I will need to go somewhere else to find one. I've already purchased the yarn-in fact it came from Turkey. You seem to be the only one at this site that responds and I thank you for that

Have you been able to find a good pattern for the dress?
No I haven't. I'm going to spend some more time today looking. This is for a great great granddaughter who has been adopted by my oldest granddaughter and her husband and 2 grown brothers who love her so much. You can see why I would like to find a special fancy dress for her. She is 7 now
