Simple Crochet Dishcloth

I'm really pleased, that somany of you asked me about the pattern for my dishcloth.

Of course, I share it with you with great pleasure!

Here it is:

Take any worsted weight cotton yarn and crochet hook size H.

Instructions

Chain 29 (or any odd number of chains to achieve the desired width for your dishcloth)

Row 1: Sc in second chain from hook and in each chain across. Chain 1, turn. (28 sc)

Row 2: Sc in back loop of 1st sc. Sc in front loop of next sc. *Sc in back loop of next sc, sc in front loop of next sc. Repeat from * across row. Chain 1, turn.

Repeat row 2 for pattern. Continue crocheting the pattern until you reach the length that you want your dishcloth to be.

When the dishcloth is as long as you want it: Crochet the last row in sc, through both loops of prevous row of sc.

Finish off and hide end.
