You’ll Need:

5 skeins of velour yarn in pink color (150m/100g);

Crochet hook 8 mm;

Tapestry needle;

Stitch markers;

Pins.

Size:

M.

Instructions

1st Row:

Twist the yarn around your finger to form a ring, then make (1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch) x 6 times on this ring. Tighten the yarn to circle the ring.

2nd Row:

For hexagon shape, make double crochet in double crochet of the previous row, followed by 2 double crochets + 1 chain stitch in the chain stitch increase.

3rd-7th Rows:

Repeat these increases x 6 times to make the hexagon larger. In total, make 7 rows.

8th-10th Rows:

* 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, slip 1 crochet under it to the edge of the hexagon. Make 1 double crochet in the place of chain stitch increase, followed by 1 chain stitch, then 1 double crochet.* Repeat from * to * x 6 times for each edge;

11th-15th Rows:

Make double crochets under every stitch. Make 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet in the place of chain stitches for the next 5 rows.

16th Row:

Make a row of double crochets, creating 2 double crochets from every chain stitch.

Finishing Touches:

After that, turn your work and make 3 chain stitches increase at the beginning. Then, work with * 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, skip 1 crochet of the previous row*; repeat from * to * x 3 rows.

Put the details of your work in symmetry. Make shoulder seams and sew the back together.

Sew from the lower edge to the desired length. Fasten the neck hole, front, and lower edge of your work with 2 rows of single crochets and 1 row of “crab stitch”. Finally, sew on the buttons.
