Two crocheted ribbed sweater panels joined at the shoulders and laid flat.Front and back panels sewn at the shoulders so the stripes continue smoothly.

Crocheting a ribbed sweater is an exciting project that allows you to showcase your creativity and keep cozy at the same time! The ribbed texture adds a lovely touch of elegance and warmth to the sweater, making it a perfect choice for chilly days or cozy nights in. With a bit of patience and some colorful yarn, you can create a one-of-a-kind piece that will not only keep you snug but also make you feel stylish and confident. So, grab your crochet hook, pick out your favorite yarn colors, and get ready to embark on a fun and rewarding crafting adventure with your very own crocheted ribbed sweater!

Materials Needed

  1. DROPS Safran, color 64, yarn group A.
  2. Hook: US G6 /4.00 mm and D3/3 mm
  3. Yarn Needle, Scissors, Measuring Tape

Of course, you are more than welcome to use any yarn fiber that you wish. I think a nice wool blend or even an acrylic yarn would work wonders for the colder months ahead as long as it’s a sport weight yarn.
